Booking and Cancellation Policy:

To guarantee your booking, a deposit equal to the cost of the first night’s stay is required. Payment must normally be made by means of a valid credit or debit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard or Switch.. We regret we no longer accept cheques.

When you book a specific room for specific dates, all subsequent requests from other enquirers for your room(s) on those dates are turned down by us because it has been reserved for you. When a booking is made by you and accepted by us, a legal contract is entered into. In the circumstances, all deposits are non-refundable and, whilst we will do our utmost to re-let your room for you for the specific dates you requested, if we are unable to do so, we will have to charge you for any dates your room remains un-let. We would, therefore, recommend that you take out appropriate holiday insurance, in the event that you do have to cancel
