When you book a specific room for specific dates, all subsequent requests from other enquirers for your room(s) on those dates are turned down by us because it has been reserved for you. When a booking is made by you and accepted by us, a legal contract is entered into. In the circumstances, all deposits are non-refundable and, whilst we will do our utmost to re-let your room for you for the specific dates you requested, if we are unable to do so, we will have to charge you for any dates your room remains un-let. We would, therefore, recommend that you take out appropriate holiday insurance, in the event that you do have to cancel
