When you book a specific room for specific dates, all subsequent requests from other enquirers for your room(s) on those dates are turned down by us because it has been reserved for you. .
When a booking is made by you andaccepted by us, a legal contract is entered into
In the circumstances, all deposits are non-refundable and, whilst we will do our utmost to re-let your room for you for the specific dates you requested, if we are unable to do so, wewill have to charge you for any dates your room remains un-let. We would, therefore, recommend that you take out appropriate holiday insurance, in the event that you do have to cancel
